This cheese should be prepared at about 21º. To enjoy it, use a knife to open the superior part. It's recomended not to have it in the refrigerator.
A not too warm wardrove is the best place, but if it's not possible, you can have it in the
refrigerator and take it out a little time bejore eating it.
